The New MIR-RT 8.0 Version
Over the last few years, DataDis has worked hard to provide MIR-RT users with more features, robustness and performance, leaving the aesthetics of the software behind. The year 2019 marks a turning point at this level. After several months of hard work, we are proud to announce the arrival of the MIR-RT 8 version! New colors, neat interface, more meaningful icons, we can say that MIR-RT has undergone a real facelift. Under this esthetic overhaul, current users will see the same performance and they will have no difficulty in finding their bearings.
A New Home Page and Much More…
The main change is the homepage, now called the MIR office. The old module window has been replaced by tiles representing each module. These tiles can be moved, hidden, or enlarged to allow each user to view only the tools they need for their current operations, and thus configure their desktop to their liking. With a Dashboard license, the tiles will be able to display or not statistics giving you a quick portrait of the indicators of the module. The module used by the mechanics is also part of the important changes. The interface has been redesigned to improve navigation and to quickly provide all useful information on the unit, maintenance and repairs to be done. Other novelties, the form generator will allow customers to design and customize their invoices, work orders and purchase orders. Other interesting additions found in version 8.0:
- A toolbar configurable by user.
- Windows that can be displayed in “full screen” mode.
- A dimmer to enlarge or reduce the size of icons and font.
- The use of real-time geolocation [1] to display repairs to equipment in or near your yard.
- A configurable delay for displaying results when using black search fields.
- Faster data processing
- New development technology makes our databases even more robust.
The new MIR-RT 8.0 version is a great technological advance and an interface that reflects the needs of our partners.
