What is MIRNote by Datadis?

The MIRNote application allows you to report defects (minor or major) on a unit (truck, equipment, anything!), using voice recognition.

The application is 100% connected with our MIR-RT fleet maintenance management software. Once the note is sent to the mechanical workshop by the user, the fleet manager will receive a real-time alert with all the details of the problem, allowing him to be proactive and act quickly in his planning. The note will also be automatically attached with the equipment to centralize information and provide full traceability for efficient maintenance management.

It’s even possible to report defects without even having to touch the phone, thanks to voice commands*. By activating the voice commands feature, the user will be guided by voice commands and thanks to the voice recognition recognition, he will be able to dictate his notes, and all the details will be automatically transcribed and sent to the mechanical workshop. The user can also document the defects by attaching a photo, video or audio recording, allowing the exact description of the problem in a clear and understandable way to eliminate any ambiguity or risk of error that a note left by hand could cause.
