What does the telematics integration with Rand McNally do?
This integration allows MIR-RT to automatically receive telematics data from Rand McNally. With this synchronization in place, vehicle data is kept up to date without manual input, making it easier to plan maintenance and optimize workshop operations.
Three types of data are currently supported: Odometers (Mileage), Odometers (Engine Hours), and GPS Tracking and Geolocation.

GPS Tracking and Geolocation
Plan your maintenance more effectively with real-time location tracking of your units directly within MIR-RT.
A color-coded system shows whether a unit is on the road, nearby, or in the yard, helping you prioritize tasks in the shop more efficiently.
🎯 In practice, MIR-RT displays your maintenance task list along with a status color for each unit:
- 🔴 Red: unit is on the road (outside the geofenced zone)
- 🟡 Yellow: unit is near the garage (within the zone)
- 🟢 Green: unit is in the yard (ready for service)
