How Does the Dispatch Integration With Dispatch-Mate Work?
The brand new integration developed by our integrations team in collaboration with Dispatch-Mate offers you the possibility of communicating MIR-RT and Dispatch-Mate through a bidirectional data exchange bridge.
More concretely, this new dispatch integration allows units created in MIR-RT to be shared with your Dispatch-Mate system without manually recreating each unit. The integration also works in reverse, from Dispatch-Mate to MIR-RT. This data import-export bridge also communicates notes, upcoming preventive maintenance, and unit status changes.
