At DataDis, our mission is to connect MIR-RT to our customers’ operational ecosystem and provide real-time visibility into the status of their fleet. Our brand-new integration with CIS Station, a specialized dispatching software suite, fits perfectly into that vision.
Thanks to this API integration, your non-functional units, downtime statuses, unverified notes, and upcoming or overdue maintenance are now automatically synchronized into CIS Station. Dispatchers can make better decisions, avoid assignment errors and optimize their day-to-day operations.
What is the MIR-RT x CIS Station integration ?
This one-way integration allows MIR-RT to send unit availability data to CIS Station based on four configurable criteria. CIS Station then uses this information across its applications such as Dispatcher, Charter and Circuit to inform dispatchers in real time.
The information appears as visual indicators (icons, colors, tooltips) directly in the dispatch interface. This helps block or warn the user when attempting to assign a unit that should not be assigned.
Key Features of the Integration
Here are the four types of availability data synchronized from MIR-RT :
Non-functional units
When a unit is marked as non-functional in MIR-RT, it is automatically flagged as unavailable in CIS Station. This prevents dispatchers from assigning a unit that cannot be put on the road.
Downtime statuses
Any unit status that includes downtime is sent to CIS Station, allowing dispatchers to clearly identify units that are temporarily out of service.
Unverified notes
Unverified notes are shared with CIS Station, improving coordination between the shop and dispatch, and helping dispatchers confirm that available units are truly ready to operate.
Upcoming or overdue maintenance
Scheduled maintenance in MIR-RT is automatically shared with CIS Station when due dates are approaching or overdue, based on a configurable trigger in their system. This helps dispatchers identify units that will soon be unavailable and avoid assigning them by mistake.
How Can the CIS Station Integration Benefit Your Operations?
- Improve assignment accuracy by avoiding unavailable units
- Save time through automatic visual alerts
- Strenghten coordination between dispatch and the shop
- Increase service quality and on-time performance
