What does the telematics integration with AirIQ do?
This new integration, developed by our technical team, automates the collection of essential maintenance data and improves the planning of both preventive and corrective services. Three core features are now available in MIR-RT for customers using the AirIQ solution.
Odometers (Mileage)
Improve compliance and streamline the scheduling of your preventive maintenance tasks by automatically importing mileage data from each of your trucks into MIR-RT.
This synchronization allows you to accurately track distances traveled, automatically trigger maintenance tasks, and better control your operating costs.
Odometer (Engine Hours)
Extend the life of your equipment and simplify your maintenance planning by automatically importing engine hour data from each of your units into MIR-RT.
This synchronization enables you to track actual usage, automatically trigger preventive maintenance, and better manage your overall maintenance costs.
GPS Tracking and Geolocation
Optimize your preventive maintenance and repair planning through real-time tracking of your units within MIR-RT.
A color-coded system shows you whether a unit is on the road, nearby, or in your yard, helping your maintenance team better prioritize daily operations.
🎯 In practice, MIR-RT displays the list of pending tasks for each heavy vehicle, along with a color-coded status based on real-time location:
- 🔴 Red: unit is on the road, outside of the defined geofence
- 🟡 Yellow: unit is near the garage, within the designated zone
- 🟢 Green: unit is in the yard
