What does the dispatch integration with Fastercom do?
This integration uses the MIR-RT API to send real time unit status information from MIR-RT to Fastercom. The goal is to strengthen communication between the shop and dispatch teams and to help operational planners work with accurate and up to date data at all times.

Unit Status Sharing
The operational status of each unit is automatically sent from MIR-RT to Fastercom. This gives dispatchers better visibility of which units are available, in maintenance or not operational, helping them plan routes more accurately and avoid assigning unavailable vehicles.
