The conference is happening on May 18th and 19th 2023. May 18th is the French conference, May 19th is the English conference. Both English and French clients are welcome on the 18th for our Gala, from 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

The DataDis User Conference will take place at the Château Frontenac, in Quebec city.

Yes. The pre-sale price is $110.00 + tax (ea.). Tickets go up to $160.00 + tax (ea.) after February 28th.

It includes the day of conference (FR), every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and the gala. The tickets do not include the hotel.

Yes! We recommend that all our participants stay at the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac, right where the conference is taking place. We have a block of rooms with a discount offered to all our clients for the duration of the conference. Please refer to the emails DataDis sent you, or contact your sales rep to get the link.

The Chateau Frontenac has a system in place that only permits you to book one room at a time. You can absolutely book more than one room, but you will have to book them separately, one at a time. Please contact Catherine Blackburn at if you have any questions or issues with booking your rooms.

We will give tickets out at your arrival at the Chateau Frontenac. We will need your name and the name of your company.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund.

Business Casual for the conference, and black tie for the Dinner and Gala.

There will be indoor valet parking at the venue, at the discounted price of 35$ per day. The parking fees will be added to your total bill at the end of your stay.

Check in at the front desk, on your right, as you enter the revolving doors. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 12 pm.

The conference is located in the ballroom. Go up the double staircase in the lobby, then turn left.

Yes. There will be 2 breaks where you will get the chance to talk with our partners and enjoy some gourmet coffee and snacks.
